Company Drill on Hydrant Boosting and Portable Hydrant Use

Station 3 crews spent thier monthly drill focusing on two key water supply skills: boosting hydrant pressure with a Humat valve and setting up a portable hydrant manifold. The Humat valve helps get the most out of a hydrant by maximizing the output. Crews also trained on deploying a portable hydrant manifold, which allows multiple attack or supply lines to be connected maximizing the available water supply. These skills might sound technical, but they're vital to ensure the proper amount of water is available to extingush fires efficently and to keep our community safe!
